| Dactinomycin Actinomycin | Actinomycin D | Meractinomycin | Cosmegen An antitumor antibiotic derived from Streptomyces parvullus. It binds to DNA and inhibits RNA synthesis (transcription), with chain elongation more sensitive than initiation, termination, or release.
